Week 12 - The Finish Line
I can't believe the Take it Off Program is coming to an end. That was a fast 12 weeks. Thanks to the summer I'm sure!!!
I am completely thrilled to say I have lost 24 lbs and gone down 2 full sizes with the TIO program. I feel healthier and more confident than I have been in a long time. Big thanks to the Atlantic Club and the best PT I've ever worked out with Darrell. Success is so sweet. If I can do it... You can too. Thanks so much for following along with me on my journey!

Getting close to the Finish!
Week 11.
First of all. I can't believe I've been at this for 11 weeks! I'm going to miss my weekly work outs with Darrell! I have certiainly learned enough that I should be able to continue getting into the best shape of my life after I complete the Take it Off program. Its been a true lifestyle change. I look forward to continuing it even beyond this 12 weeks.
I've lost a total of 24 lbs and my body fat percentage has gone down 8%. I love it!! 1 more week!

Week 10
I've got to admit. Sticking with a plan for 12 weeks can be a challenge! Especially in the summer... I had a few cheats here and there in the past week and I didn't do my "homework" as far as working out. Some how I still managed to lose 2lbs! Amazing!!! The Take It Off Program has been such a huge lifestyle change for me. Even when I cheat I'm still making WAY better choices than ever before.
My workout with Darrell this week was intense! It could be because we used that TRX again! Ahhh. I hate it a lil . It basically makes you use your own body weight to work out. IT'S HARD. And boy am I feeling it right now.

Week 8 & 9
Ok ok I know! Slacking a little here... It's been a busy few weeks! Thank you summer! I can't believe it's July already... I've got to admit, had a few cheats here and there with everything being so crazy the past few weeks! The holiday, beach time and BBQ's! But, I am still working out and following the Take It Off program as closely as possible. I haven't lost more than a pound or so in the last week, but my body fat percentage continues to drop. This makes me very happy because one of my goals at the begining of the program was to get "healthier" and I certainly have.
Progress is so exciting and so is finally living that healthier lifestyle I've been talking about for years! Have you looked into trying the Take It Off program yet?

Halfway there....
So here I am at the halfway point of a 12 week program and I have some really exciting news! I've reached my inital goal! 20lbs off with the Take it Off program! How incredible is that!? I'm completely stoked and quite shocked honestly. I didn't know I could do it!
I orignially set the goal to be attainable. But, I'm thinking I can go for the gold here! See how much more I can lose in the next 6 weeks!?! I'm in a wedding in November and I'd really like to look my best. Another 6 weeks with this and who knows what I can accomplish!
